  • To apply for an account to be paid monthly or yearly by check against an invoice.
  • To apply for an account to be paid monthly or yearly by credit card without submitting credit card details online. Monthly accounts are billed each month unless you inform us in writing of your wish to close the account - 10 days notice required. For yearly accounts we will contact you each year prior to renewal.

Terms and Conditions

This agreement between you (“Subscriber”) and Delphis Hanover Corporation (“DHC”) governs the use of an electronic service (“Service”) provided by DHC by means of the Internet, e-mail, or facsimile transmission. 

The Service can be accessed by the Subscriber by means of a User Name and Password that is assigned to and may be used solely by this Subscriber.  

DHC makes no express or implied warranties concerning the Service or any information available through the Service, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of Third Party Proprietary Rights, unless disclaiming such liabilities is prohibited by law.

Neither is DHC responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising in any way out of the use of the Service to the extent that limitation for such liabilities is permitted by law.  While any information received from DHC is believed to be reliable, it is not guaranteed, and DHC is not liable for any deficiencies in the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of such information or for any investment or other decision made using this information.

Neither is DHC responsible for any computer virus or related problems which may be attributable to services provided by any Internet service provider, or for any losses or delays of transmission arising out of the use of any Internet service provider.

The sole remedy of subscribers to the Service in the event of a breach of this agreement by DHC is to terminate this agreement.  To unsubscribe you must FAX us a cancellation notice and we will verify cancellation by email.

The information available through the Service is the proprietary property of DHC and is protected pursuant to copyright and other intellectual property laws.  The Subscriber may use information obtained from the Service solely for the Subscriber’s individual us, and may not reproduce, sell, or distribute such information, either in whole or in part, without the express written consent of DHC.

The Service will include an e-mail facility for communication between the subscriber and Delphis Hanover Corporation.  DHC reserves the right to contact Subscriber regarding use and in response to comments.  Subscriber may contact DHC by e-mail addressed to assist@nospamdelphishanover.com. (Please delete the letters "nospam" from the address before sending).

This agreement shall be governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Connecticut governing contracts to be wholly entered into and performed within Connecticut.  Any disputes arising under this agreement will be under State of Connecticut jurisdiction.

The terms of this agreement constitute the entire Agreement between DHC and the Subscriber with respect to the Service.  By signing this Agreement, the Subscriber agrees to the bound terms of the Agreement.  In Witness thereon, the Subscriber to this Agreement has executed this Agreement as of this date indicated below.
